Early Bronze Age, 3200–2500 BC
A large ancient terracotta vessel from the Jordan Valley, dating to the Early Bronze Age (3200–2500 BC). This substantial piece features incised decoration around the neck and double loop handles, characteristic of the pottery traditions of the southern Levant during this formative period of urbanisation. Measuring 16 x 15 cm, this is a notably large example — unlike the smaller, more common types typically encountered. The vessel is in original condition with no restoration or repairs, showing only minor chips to the rim consistent with its great age.
